Water pipe burst in Bryanston

BRYANSTON residents woke up to no water on 13 September.

“Bryanston is among the most expensive suburbs in Gauteng and surely rates and taxes are the highest, but yet, the service is of the poorest,” complained resident, Hannes Brits.

“The previous water outage was last week, and before that, we had water outages a month ago. We have at least one to two outages per month.”

Johannesburg Water has announced on Twitter that it was attending to the water pipe burst on William Nicol and Main, in Bryanston. All customers supplied by the Bryanston Reservoir will be affected. The water should be back on the afternoon of 13 September.
