15 injured in bus accident
JOBURG - At least 15 people were injured after the Translux bus they were travelling in overturned on the M1 north near the Joe Slovo off-ramp on National Women's Day.
According News24 website, Metro police spokesman Wayne Minnaar said the wet weather was believed to be the cause of the accident.
“The bus had just offloaded passengers from Port Elizabeth at Park Station and was headed to Pretoria when it overturned. A section of the M1 highway was closed while the scene was being cleared,” Minnaar told News24.
