#HaveYourSay: How important is child protection to you?

SANDTON – We asked Sandton residents how important child safety is.

We asked Sandton residents how important child protection is. Here is what they said …

VERITY ROSS: There should be a lot more involvement from parents. Parents should communicate more with their children about the importance of safety.
JESYKA RASEN: We should protect our children at all times and we need to teach them how to stay safe and be aware of things around them.
MODISA MAHLO: We should teach children to be vigilant as they fall prey to certain tricks. We need our kids to be safe for them to feel safe.
JORDAN-JENNA ROLFE: I think our country should focus on and safeguard children living without parents, and protest all children from abuse – whether it be physical or mental, child trafficking and harmful traditional practices.
