Joburg billing query open day

SANDTON - After months of struggle, Johannesburg residents were given the opportunity to have their billing queries resolved at a special open day at the Sandton Fire Station on 28 March.

Helping out… Over 100 local residents gather at the Sandton Fire Station to have their queries resolved.

Amanda Oosthuizen said, “I think the open day is absolutely fantastic. The people are given authority and the City is keeping themselves accountable for all the problems.”

Simon Ferreira said, “I think it’s fantastic that they have finally admitted that they have problems. For a long time they said there was no billing issue and now they have finally started to deal with the issue.”

Daphne Selono said, “I think the open day is a good idea. The City should definitely do it more often.”
