Belgrave Road affected by rain

RIVERCLUB - Belgrave Road in Riverclub is flooded.

The rain in the Sandton area has affected roads and traffic flow. “The traffic is not bad today but the low level bridge on Belgrave Road is covered with water. Today it is 10 times worse than it was yesterday,” said Peter Lewer who works in the area.

On 4 March, Lewer witnessed a vehicle that was swept into the Braamfontein Spruit from the low level bridge on Belgrave Road. The car was later pulled out of the spruit.
