Cave dwellers found in Sandton
PARKMORE - Vagrants living on a well-concealed vacant plot in Parkmore have created a rudimentary dwelling by digging into piles of rubble on the site.
Resident Mark Tessendorff said the vagrants had been living there for some time in what can be called a cave. In order to access the property off Second Road, one has to cross a stream and walk through dense vegetation which completely conceals the plot. The matter has been escalated with the City of Johannesburg.
