Massive book sale at Sandton Library
SANDTON - The Friends of the Sandton Library have announced a massive book sale at the library on 19 July and 20 July.
The sale coincides with the final days of the million rand upgrade of the library, the first major work done on the facility since it opened its doors almost two decades ago.
Keith Elliot, chairman of the Friends of the Sandton Library, said, “We have a particularly good crop of children’s books available, both for pleasure reading, and studying.”
The sale will take place on 19 July from 9 am until 5pm, and on 20 July, from 9am to 1pm.
“They will have a massive quantity of books on sale, from only R15,” said Elliot.
