Condition of roads disgusting

Everyday I turn into Empire Place off Rivonia Road into the noble suburb of Sandhurst.

Each day, I am faced with the obstacles of massive cement trucks, countless trucks and workers, and the forever flowing burst water wipes.

As a result of all this commotion, the roads and pavements in the area are constantly under some sort of construction.

I have no problem with upgrading various components of the area in Sandhurst, as well as the building of new or improved houses and commercial buildings, especially the buildings that are going up at the top of Empire Place. I do, however, have a problem with manner in which the roads and pavements are being left after all the commotion and excitement departs.

The pavements are simply not restored to their former glory, and the roads are left in a dismal state. The amount of new potholes that each car has to dodge has increased dramatically, and these potholes left behind by the trucks, the forever-flowing water from the burst pipes and road works done are never fixed.

It is becoming ridiculous, and in my opinion, it is time for municipality to fix these simple yet important road problems.

It is my request for these problems to be sorted out soon, and I do not believe that this request is unreasonable in anyway.
