IN TWEETS: Stakeholders discuss ways to combat crime at the CCIN Convention

SAXONWOLD - The CCIN Convention aims to bring relevant stakeholders and civil society together to combat crime.

Multiple stakeholders have gathered at the Civilian Crime Intelligence Network (CCIN) convention on 14 March.

Members of the police, the Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD), Community Policing Forums (CPF) and security companies are present to network and unite to help fight crime.

Rosebank Killarney Gazette reporters Ashtyn Mackenzie and Sarah Koning are reporting live from the event .

The organisation harnesses the collective power of the community to create synergy for community-based risk response.

Different demonstrations will be done throughout the day.
