SANDTON – Students march to department of education to hand over a memorandum of demands.


Students of Central Johannesburg College are peacefully marching to the Department of Education regional offices to hand over a memorandum demanding that lecturers resume their duties.

According to SRC leaders, the lecturers who are members of workers’ union Nehawu embarked on a strike last month which is badly affecting students.

Grayston Drive was affected by the march and motorists should use alternative routes.
