St Stithians College’s pleased with pass rate

LYME PARK – St Stithians Boys' and Girls' Colleges celebrate an excellent matric 2018 result.

Both St Stithians College for girls and boys are delighted with their excellent pass rate. The results are the fruit of individual effort and the teamwork of teachers, parents and peers. Their matrics have lived out the intent of St Stithians to inspire excellence and make a world of difference.

  • Pass rate: 100%
  • Qualified for Bachelor Degree Studies (BD): 94 (98%)
  • Qualified for Diploma Studies: 2 (2%)
  • Distinctions (Level 7 or 80% and more): 246 (average of 2.56 per candidate)
  • 28 girls achieved 4 or more distinctions
  • 2 girls achieved the College’s Academic Honours Summa Cum Laude award which is an    average of 90% or above
  • 77% of our girls achieved 1 or more distinctions

• Pass rate: 100%
• Qualified for Bachelor Degree Studies (BD): 144 candidates (96%)
• Qualified for Diploma Studies: 6 candidates (4%)
• Distinctions (Level 7 or 80% and more): 316 (average of 2.11 per candidate)
• 36 boys achieved 4 or more distinctions
• 5 boys achieved the school’s Academic Honours Summa Cum Laude award which is an average of 90% or above
• 71% of our boys achieved 1 or more distinctions
