I personally have no problem with recognition of people who have made a difference.
However, the cost of changing an existing major street’s name runs into millions. This is simply a waste of money which could be far better spent supporting the very people Winnie stood and fought for. Use the money on housing, schools, feeding, or name a new road after her.
