The application for leave to appeal of convicted and sentenced racist, Vicki Momberg was postponed again this morning at the Randburg Magistrates’ Court.
The defence asked the court for a postponement to allow them to finish preparing the paperwork for the appeal application.
Momberg is appealing her two-year jail sentence and conviction after she was found guilty on four counts of crimen injuria.
The state is opposing Momberg’s appeal application with state prosecutor, Yusuf Baba saying the application was defective.
The case is postponed to 18 April at the same court.
