JOBURG – A warrant of arrest was granted after a 34-year-old mother failed to appear in court.

A 34-year-old mother, accused of child neglect and abuse failed to appear in the Johannesburg Magistrates’ Court on 8 September, as scheduled. State prosecutor, Vincent Ndzuke asked the court to issue a warrant of arrest for her.
