Uber vehicle set alight on Sandton Drive allegedly by metered taxi drivers

According to reports, an Uber vehicle has been set alight on Sandton Drive near the Gautrain Station.

Intelligence Bureau SA posted the image of the blazing vehicle and said that Police are at the scene along with the Fire brigade to extinguish the flames.

Police are at the scene, investigating the matter further. There has been some violence suspected between metered taxi drivers and tuk-tuk drivers, according to the Facebook post.
