On the first day, the girls were taught how to warm up correctly and learnt basic catching and throwing skills.

The following day was packed with advanced training and players were taught the most up-to-date attack and defence skills.

Team-building exercises were also included and the highlight of the weekend was the giant inflatable water slide.

The standard of netball played on the last day was excellent, with the morning ending off with the teachers playing a game of netball against the Sportisimo coaches.
