Hyde Park High School announced its Grey Tie Leaders for next year.
The last term of the current year allows the 2017 leaders the opportunity to experience the role of being a senior councillor. Their formal induction will take place in the new year when they will receive the much-revered grey ties. The senior councillors are elected by their peers and teachers.
Manolis Vogiatzis, headmaster of the school congratulated the councillors on their election and encouraged them to embrace their role as leaders of the school.
