We should let them be. Too much politics is killing rugby.

The coaches needs work and they put too much pressure on the players.

They should get rid of the coach, the players are still okay.
Neil Naidoo:
The coach should not be fired. They should look at some players, but give them a chance to prove themselves.
Adrian Liss:
The politics and the whole structure is a problem. We are losing all our quality players overseas.
