Spiritual enlightenment leads to business success
JOBURG – It's time to teach every businessperson about the Power of 1.

The Power of 1 Biblical Business Seminar for Entrepreneurs is the place to be to learn from Mr CEO, himself.
Bonnke Shipalana, dubbed Mr CEO by Time magazine, is the chief executive officer of The Communications Firm based in Sandton, and founder of the Power of 1, an organisation focused on providing guidance and support to entrepreneurs.
He has a number of impressive achievements under his belt, but is not in pursuit of his next accolade and is rather wanting to help business people and entrepreneurs realise their true potential by looking within.
“I launched the Power of 1 in 2007 with the aim of helping South Africans to focus on discovering their purpose on earth before chasing wealth, and to make them realise the power that is within themselves,” Shipalana explained.
The Biblical Business Seminar for Entrepreneurs was launched early this year, as part of the Power of 1, and is not intended to teach businesspeople and entrepreneurs how to maintain or start a company, but rather to unleash the spirit within that he believes will drive them on the journey to success.
“Chasing after wealth without first discovering and understanding your purpose on earth, is similar to running fast without a direction,” he said. “Discovering your purpose is a necessary foundation for any person who believes that business should not only be limited to creating wealth, but it should change communities and build a legacy, and so I designed the seminars as a tangible conduit to allowing people to turn their God-given dreams and potential into a success-driven reality.”
Shipalana is not the only industry leader who believes in the Power of 1 and will, at the final seminar on 29 October at New Life Church in Bryanston, speak in a line-up including the founder of PM Ministries Patience Mlengana and the founder of Ndalo Media, Khanyi Dhlomo.
“The seminar focuses on preparing potential and existing business owners for the transition of just running a business to changing communities through their business,” he concluded.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to learn how to make a difference.
