Lindt and Sprungli give back to disadvantaged children
While you filled your bellies with Easter eggs, read up on how others were giving chocolate treats to others.
This past Easter was made very special for disadvantaged children as Lindt and Sprungli, a confectionary company, partnered to give a generous donation to the Reach for a Dream Foundation on 23 March.
From 14 March until the day of the donation, Sandton City played host to a magnificent Lindt gold bunny structure to celebrate the Easter period.
Spokesperson for Lindt, Erin-Lee Hendricks said the structure stood at more than three metres high and was made up of 1 500 delicious Lindt gold bunny chocolates. Along with Sprungli, Lindt donated this structure to the Reach for a Dream Foundation, an organisation which helps young children with life-threatening diseases, in order to give them a happy Easter.
