GEORGE VAN HEERDEN: They should play a big and critical role in informing the community of issues affecting them.

PHILILE MNCUBE: I think they should play a more positive role because they don’t print the correct information and they mislead us at times. They should also research their stories better.

LEBOGANG MAMASHELA: The media should play an important role in our country because they tackle issues that end up being resolved, which is a good thing.

STEVEN KRUGER: I think the media should play an impartial role, investigate the problems reported and report the facts.
