
Applications are invited from candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be South African by birth, born preferably in 2005
- Both parents must be South African citizens
- Only applicants from previously disadvantaged groups will be considered
- Applicants must have strong academic abilities with an average of not less than 75 percent reflected in the most recent school report
- Applicants must reside within the St Peter’s catchment area (within a 10km radius)
- St Peter’s provides broad-based financial assistance, although parents are expected to make a monthly contribution towards tuition within their means.
Candidates who fulfill all the above criteria should submit a letter of motivation, a curriculum vitae of all achievements to date, an unabridged birth certificate reflecting both parents’ names, certified copies of both parents’ ID documents and a certified copy of the latest school report to msloane@stpeters.co.za by 31 August.
A shortlist of suitable candidates will be invited to a formal assessment at St Peter’s Girls School. The bursary will be awarded to the strongest academic candidate.
