Bryanston High pupil to represent SA in duathlon world champs

BRYANSTON – Bryanston High School pupil Luke Schlebusch recently made his school proud following his selection to represent South Africa at the Duathlon World Championships later in the year.

This follows the matric pupil’s impressive performances both in the central Gauteng and the national championships over the past few months.

He won the regional championships in May and was subsequently selected to represent the province at the national championships in Bloemfontein where he placed second and won a silver medal in the U16/19 age group.

His phenomenal performances mean that he qualifies to represent the country at the world championships in Adelaide, Australia, later on in the year, representing the country for an impressive third time this year.
