Robbers ran away empty handed this time after breaking a window at a jewellery shop at the mall.
A representative from the centre management confirmed the robbery.
The representative said a case of attempted robbery was opened with the police who attended the scene of the crime.
She did not know how the robbery was foiled or the form of escape which was employed by the thugs.

She however said five to six thugs were involved in the robbery.
Efforts to get a comment from Randburg police were not successful.
