A furry plea for a ‘furever’ home

SANDTON - The Sandton SPCA is looking for loving homes to take in some of their pets this week.

The organisation encourages community members to adopt a pet, but advises that all potential adoptions will be subjected to a home inspection by the organisation.

Members wishing to adopt a pet will be required to pay for deworming, sterilisation and vaccination of the pet, all of which are compulsory. The SPCA is looking for homes for the following pets:

Chappie, a male cross-breed pup of three months old was found unwanted and is described as playful.

The organisation also needs a loving home for Peppa, a female cross-breed, aged three and found as a stray.

Sherry, a female cross-collie is also in need of a loving home. Sherry is 10 months old, is described as very friendly and was found as a stray.

Thumper, a loveable pet also needs a home this week. Thumper is a male husky, two years old and was found as a stray.

Last but not least, the SPCA is looking for homes for Cleo and Cowboy. Cleo is a black female domestic medium-haired cat, aged one, loves attention and was found unwanted.
