Redhill School pupil goes to Public Speaking Festival finals

MORNINGSIDE - A Redhill School pupil will represent her school at the Public Speaking Festival for the Speech and Drama College of South Africa.

Emma Buckland was selected to go through to the finals after she was awarded an A+ and was selected as the runner-up. She stunned the audience with her topic ‘The right to be forgotten’.

Phyllis Dansky, the teacher in charge of public speaking at the school, was very proud of Buckland’s performance.
