There were some tears, but most children were all smiles in their new uniforms while waving to their parents as they started their first day of primary school.
One of the parents, Rochelle Murugas said she was extremely excited about her child, Jadyn entering a great school such as Montrose, adding that her family had moved closer to the school so her only child could attend.
