Two-time Hurlingham house robber busted

SANDTON - A two-time Hurlingham house robber was arrested by the Bramley police.

Police spokesperson Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela said the suspect appeared in court for house robbery and was later released. “After his release he was arrested again for another house robbery in Hurlingham,” explained Maphakela.

He added that the suspect had also conducted house robberies in Rustenburg and Middleburg.

“The suspect is still in police custody and he will appear in court soon,” said Maphakela.
