Captain Kym Cloete, the Sandton police spokesperson said police officers were patrolling the area when a suspicious looking mini bus taxi was spotted parked on the side of the road in Sandton.
“The vehicle was tested and found to be positively stolen,” explained Cloete. She said the arrest was made by Sandton police detectives.
The suspect is expected to appear at the Alexandra Magistrates’ Court for charges of possession of a stolen vehicle.
