According to Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela, spokesperson for the Sandringham police, the deceased was found at his place of residence on 28 September.
“The deceased was discovered by a member of the public and was only known by the aliases of Down Molobedu or Baloyi,” he said.
Maphakela appealed to the public to come forward if they have any information regarding the man.
